SH Telegram & Parcels (RedM)

Full-featured **telegraph & parcel system **for RedM with:

• In-game telegrams (DM-style messages) using unique telegram IDs  

• Configurable 6-character telegram IDs (e.g. VA1056), with optional town-based letter prefixes  

• Parcels for sending items between players.

• Random parcel mishaps (damaged / partial loss / total loss)
