sh-licenses is a full registration-clerk licensing system for RedM, now built for both VORP and RSG.

Create and issue professional license cards through an in-world clerk desk, with identity validation, configurable pricing/fees, license expiry, and searchable records. Staff can issue to self or nearby players, enforce job-based access, and log transactions to Discord webhooks.
